CPC was established in 1999 by Velra Cunningham.
Velra is a British / Jamaican residing in England who has personally experienced all of the problems caribbean returnees may face and whom for the past 20 years been involved with all of the issues now being dealt with through the caribbean property club ltd.
The caribbean property club and it's business partners in Jamaica and England have already provided assistance to a large number of Caribbean returnees in different areas including Property Sales & Purchases both within the UK and abroad, Construction of new properties in the caribbean, legal issues relating to property title deeds, will Probate arrangements and divorce settlements.
The caribbean property club continues to support its vast growing network of members with on going trust and open communication on all issues our members may encounter.
